Charlestown: In good shape (Recent Form: WWDLWW)

Charlestown did not had the best start of the new season in the Northern NSW division, but as of recently the club has started to build momentum and form and right now we are definitely seeing them in an uphill, performing good and moving up in the ranks. So far in the campaign the team managed to win six times in their opening eleven league matches, collecting nineteen points in these games (6-1-4) and with that right now being on seventh place in the table, five points behind the top four and the playoff places, but also having played a game less than the opponents ahead of them in the ranks, which means that eventual three points here would allow them to move to fifth position in the table and be just two points from the playoff zone. And like I said, as of recently their performance is improving more and more, having in mind that just in their last six league games Charlestown were able to win a whole four times, suffering just one single defeat (4-1-1), which is a huge improvement from the opening five rounds, where they suffered a whole three defeats (2-0-3). Charlestown also managed to improve their home performance, which was the most worrying so far, as they started with four defeats in their opening five league games played at home (1-0-4), but as of recently won their last two matches at their arena, as in these two games they beat the number one and two in the table right now, which is quite impressive.

Hamilton: Pretty bad shape (Recent Form: LLLDWL)

Hamilton is just behind their opponent in the table, but in the same time there are a whole five points difference behind them, as well as Hamilton had already played two games more, which just shows that the ranking likes a bit. The team suffered seven defeats so far in the campaign (4-2-7), right now are on the terrible run of losing their last three league games in a row, as well as away from home that run is actually worse, losing their last four visits in the competition in a row.

The Betting Verdict:

Charlestown is the club in much better shape and showing the much better football since the start of the campaign between these two and I think that tomrorow they will be able to grab another three points.
